API and Development
DateTimeInput from @prepared911/ui/date-time-input collects one instant. Segments follow the locale. A popover holds the calendar and, without confirm, a list of times beside it. With confirm, a time field under the calendar joins Reset, Clear and Apply. The value is a Date. timeZone names the zone the segments read and write. The component does not convert through a helper in the app; pass the zone on the field.
